These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Daffy Ducts, LLC ("Daffy Ducts," "we," "us," or "our") website, services, and SMS communications. By using our services or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Daffy Ducts provides residential and light-commercial air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and blown-in attic insulation services in the metro Atlanta, Georgia area. Pricing, scheduling, and scope of work are confirmed in writing prior to service.

2. SMS Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number and giving express consent (online form, written agreement, or verbal confirmation documented at point of sale), you agree to receive text messages from Daffy Ducts.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

a. Program Description

Messages include appointment confirmations, technician dispatch notifications, scheduling changes, service follow-ups, invoices, and customer-care responses. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.

b. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with Daffy Ducts (typically 2–6 messages per service request).

c. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Daffy Ducts does not charge for messages, but your mobile carrier may.

d. Opt-In

You may opt in by submitting your phone number on our website contact form, providing it during scheduling, or replying START to a Daffy Ducts SMS.

e. Opt-Out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages, unless you opt in again.

f. Help

For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at 470-223-6807.

g. Supported Carriers

Supported on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

h. Privacy

Information collected through the SMS program is handled per our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and approved electronic payments.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Repeated late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

5. Warranty

Daffy Ducts warrants its workmanship for the period stated in your service agreement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unrelated equipment failure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daffy Ducts' total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Website Use

All content on this website is the property of Daffy Ducts or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
